About Tanja Aitamurto
Tanja Aitamurto is a person formerly known as journalist. She is a hybrid: she blogs for the Huffington Post, she works as a media producer for non profits, she does research about the future of journalism.
Tanja has practiced journalism in various newspapers, TV, radio, and new media. Apart from Europe and the United States, she has also done reporting in Afghanistan and many countries in Africa.
She has also written for a technology blog in Silicon Valley, and she covers hi-tech and social media in her blog for the leading daily news publication in Finland.
She got her two masters’ degrees, Master in Arts and Master in Social Sciences, at Jyvaskyla University in Finland. She also got her Licentiate degree in journalism from Jyvaskyla University.
